Refund Policy
Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after we receive the returned item.
Non-Refundable Items: Opened or used products and custom items are non-refundable.
The refund will be refunded to the bank account through the original payment method within 7-15 days after approval. Keep in mind that it may also take your bank or credit card company some time to process and post the refund.
